AI drafts and AI credits

Every plan includes two monthly AI allowances. AI-drafted patches count drafting runs: triage plus a fix for one report, or one redraft. AI credits measure the model work those runs, and everything around them, actually use. A typical DOM or server fix, including its pull request, uses about one credit; a module draft uses more the larger your app is. Every model call spends credits, including failed attempts, pull request and Jira writing, and writing previews. A redraft that fails gives the draft back, but not the credits it used. The Sarcio MCP server is included on every plan; the redrafts and pull request retries you ask for through it spend the same monthly credits.

When either allowance runs out, new reports are still captured but wait for manual triage, and writing previews pause, until both reset at the start of the next month (UTC). Pull requests and Jira updates for patches you already approved keep going for a little longer, so a live patch doesn't lose its permanent fix. Admins get an email at 80% and at 100% of the month's credits. Report intake is also limited per site (30, 120 or 600 AI-triaged reports an hour and 200, 1,000 or 5,000 a day on Solo, Team and Scale), with a further limit on how many reports one visitor can send to AI triage; reports past a limit are still captured. Module drafts have a size limit too, and Scale takes much larger apps than Solo and Team.

Changing plans and failed payments

Billing lives in the dashboard under Settings → Plan & billing, which only workspace admins can open. It shows your plan, the renewal date, how many sites and members you have and how many AI drafts and credits you've used this month against the plan's caps, and which kinds of AI work spent the credits. Card & invoices opens Stripe's billing portal, where you update the card and download invoices.

Change plan any time while the subscription is active, and see the price before you confirm. An upgrade charges the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period right away and takes effect as soon as that payment goes through; if the charge fails, nothing changes. A downgrade takes effect immediately and the unused time is credited to your next invoice; if the workspace has more sites or members than the smaller plan includes, you'll be told exactly what to remove first.

Manage seats adds seats beyond the plan's included ones on Team ($12 each, up to 25 members) and Scale ($9 each, up to 150): added seats are charged prorated right away, removed ones are credited, and you can't go below the members you have. Buy AI credits adds 100-credit packs for $15, charged at once and usable until the month resets. On Scale, admins can switch on metered overage: past the month's credits, drafting continues at $0.15 a credit until the monthly spend limit they set, billed on the next invoice. It is off by default.

Cancel subscription from the same place, typing the workspace slug to confirm. Cancellation always takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for: you keep full access until then, can resume at any point before it ends (resume first if you want to change plan), and can export everything the workspace owns from Settings.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and your admins are emailed; everything keeps working. If it is still unpaid after 14 days the workspace is locked — nobody can sign in and API tokens stop working — and the admins get an email with a link to pay without signing in, which restores access as soon as the payment clears. The link keeps working until the workspace is paid up or canceled. Live patches on your sites keep running the whole time, and new bug reports are still captured, though the AI doesn't draft fixes while the workspace is locked. After 30 days unpaid the subscription is canceled.
