Clients ask, you approve

A care plan in one screen

The client does the asking and sees the result. You keep the final say.

1

The client asks

Your client asks Sarcio → Assistant on their own site for new opening hours, a price or a menu link, and sees it on a private preview.

2

They send it to you

With Who applies changes set to administrators under Settings → Sarcio → Assistant, a client who is an editor sees Send to my agency instead of Apply.

3

You apply it

It waits under Sarcio → Requests and in your Sarcio Inbox, with the before and after, and you are emailed. Apply it in one click, or decline it with a note.

Invite a client to their own site from Sites in your Sarcio dashboard. They set their own password and see nothing of your other clients.

Share for review makes a link to a preview. Anyone with it can pin notes on the page for a week, with no WordPress login.

Review notes pinned on the pageA note pinned on the hero heading comes back to the assistant, which makes that change too.
White label

Your brand, not ours

In your Sarcio dashboard, open Settings and fill in the Your brand in WordPress card: your agency's name, logo and colour. Every connected site picks them up within the hour.

The menu, the assistant, the preview bar, the Report a bug button and the monthly report then carry your name instead of ours.

Across sites

One change, many sites

Write a change once on the Across sites screen in Sarcio and tick the sites it is for. Within a few minutes each site prepares it as a preview under Sarcio → Requests, and that site's administrator applies it in wp-admin as themselves.

These changes never touch plugins, themes, users or settings, and a site takes them only once one of its administrators ticks Receive changes your agency writes for several sites under Settings → Sarcio.

Running MainWP? Install Sarcio on your MainWP dashboard: anything MainWP can dry-run is shown first and made only when you tick the box.

Every client site from one MainWP dashboardThe assistant asks MainWP which client sites have updates waiting, shows the update as a dry run, and makes it once the agency ticks the box.
When something breaks

A report button and drafted fixes

Every client site gets a Report a bug button. A visitor says what is wrong, and a fix arrives drafted in plain words for you to preview and approve.

Sarcio noticed

When several visitors hit the same error, Sarcio opens a report with a fix drafted, before anyone calls.

Checkout watch

On a WooCommerce shop, a checkout that stops taking orders reaches you as an urgent report the same day.
Updates

Updates with a way back

Ask the assistant to update a plugin or a theme and it checks the key pages (home, shop, cart, checkout, contact), updates through WordPress's own updater, and checks them again. If one broke, it puts the earlier version back and tells you in the Inbox.

It checks that your pages still work, not what an update contains. It is no substitute for a security scanner or for installing only plugins you trust.

Reporting

A monthly report for each client

Sarcio → Report shows a month of the site: every change, who applied it and whether it was undone, and every fix kept. Add the client's email under Settings → Sarcio and it arrives on the first of each month, under your brand.

The numbers

The margin, worked out

An illustration, not a promise

These numbers are an example with stated assumptions, not a forecast. What you charge, and what your own time costs, is yours to set.

Say you charge each client $100 a month per site for a care plan that includes small changes on request. That is an assumption, at the low end: prices vary, and WP Buffs, for one, publishes $89 to $359 a month per site. You look after 10 sites on the Agency plan. Your own time, hosting and other tools are left out.

  • Care plan income: 10 sites at $100 is $1,000 a month.
  • Sarcio: $79 a month, which is $7.90 a site, or 7.9% of that income.
  • Left over: $921 a month, before your own costs.

The plan price is flat, so the cost per site falls as you fill it: $13 a site on Freelancer with 3 sites, and $3.98 a site on Agency Plus with 50. The full worked example.

  • Seats: everyone who connects from the plugin takes one, and the plans leave room for about three people per client site plus your team.
  • AI credits: shared by all your sites. A typical change or fix uses about two.

Honest limits

What it doesn’t replace

Your developers and designers. The assistant changes words, settings, products, menus and styles; it does not write code, edit theme or plugin files, or rearrange Elementor and Divi layouts. Redesigns, new features and custom code stay with your team, and your care plan can say so.

Questions

Agency questions

No. A client invited to their own site sees only that site’s reports, fixes and requests. Your own team can keep every site.

Only people who sign in. A client who only opens a Share for review link needs none.

Your choice, site by site. Out of the box, people apply their own changes; set Who applies changes to administrators and they come to you instead.

A typical change or fix uses about two AI credits: around 125 a month on Freelancer, 250 on Agency and 700 on Agency Plus, across all your sites. Watch the first month before you promise clients a number.

Changes the assistant made are ordinary WordPress changes, so they stay, and fixes you kept keep working without Sarcio. There is no contract.
